Fresh anchovies fillet, hand washed and left to marinate in wine vinegar, water and salt for 24 hours.
They are then drained and packed in glass jars with vegetable oil.
The seasoning is carried out at least 45 days before to transfer them in jars, in order to give it the maximum organoleptic qualities.

Ingredients: Anchovies (Engraulis Encrasicolus), salt, brine.
Storage: keep in a dry cool place. After opening keep in the fridge at 4°C and consume within 30 days.
