Asiago P.D.O made in Northern Italy, in the Altopiano di Asiago (Asiago plateau).
Made from pasteurized cow's milk. It has a medium texture, like a firm sponge cake, with a delicately sweet and sour flavor and buttery aroma.

Storage: always store Asiago in your refrigerator. Cheese wrapped in its original packaging can be repacked or wrapped completely with wrap. You can also place Asiago in a container specifically designed to hold vegetables or cheeses.
