Bastardo del Grappa is a traditional Italian cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk from two milkings – one from the evening, and the other from the following morning. Produced in Treviso and nearby areas.
The cheese matures from 120 to 180 days and is characterized by its thick and rough rind, while small holes are scattered throughout its pale yellow interior.
It goes well with Renetta apples, pears, berries, pear mustard.

Storage: stored properly in the fridge, an unopened pack of cheese can be kept in the fridge for approx. 2 months. Once opened, this cheese is generally safe to eat for about two weeks.
