Capers add a floral, tangy, and salty flavor to dishes. While capers are the small, immature bud of the caper plant, caper berries are the larger fruit that the caper bush bears. Usually served with the stem attached, and have a much stronger flavor. Sometimes, you’ll see them as part of an olive appetizer or mixed pickles on a charcuterie board.

Storage: store in a dry, cool place. Once open store in the fridge, they can last up to 4 months. Taste the product weekly. Make sure the level of liquid inside is covering the caper berries to preserve them properly.
