It's a delicate young leaves, it's mildly sweet, lemony flavor is often harnessed in conjunction with other spices in savory recipes, chopped coriander leaves are also used as a garnish on cooked dishes such as dal and many curries. As heat diminishes their flavour quickly, coriander leaves are often used raw or added to the dish right before serving.

Storage: spread the coriander onto a layer or two of clean paper towels as loosely as possible. Place in an airtight container and seal tight. It should last for up to 1 week.
