This fruit is best used raw and slightly chilled, commonly blended in smoothies, or juiced for beverages and cocktails. It can be used to make jams or flavor ice creams, sorbets and other desserts.

Storage: keep dragon fruit for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Be sure to put the dragon fruit in a sealed container or bag first. It should last 2 weeks or more in the fridge. Dragon fruit can be affected by other foods you might have in your fridge, making the fruit taste differently.
