How to Cook: arrange the pastries on a baking tray covered with oven paper, leave
12cm of distance between one and the other. Cook in a pre-heated ventilated
oven at a temperature of 180*C for 25-30 minutes. Do not open the oven,
the reduction in temperature can compromise the good cooking result. After a few
minutes the product will begin to stretch. Avoid cooking the product together with
other pastries. Allow the product to cool, fill with your favorite filling and serve at room temperature. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
