The calves selected by High Quality Food are braded in outdoors spaces in our HQF farms, in Italy. Calves follow a diet rich in milk enhanced with raw fodder. The raw fodder is very important to ensure the welfare of the animals. Each animal has free access to water and feed and manages itself independently. In this way, each calf can maintain its own biorhythm. Being They can decide how much and when to eat, move, get up, lay down, play or sleep. The well-being of the livestock, their tranquility and freedom is expressed in the quality and flavor of the meats, strictly selected by HQF.
