Excellent natural gelling agent. Thanks to the selection process of the raw material, a high gelling power is guaranteed through small and light sheets.

Ideal for preparing different types of desserts: Bavarian cream, panna cotta, mousse and semifreddo, for the preparation and decoration of savory dishes such as aspic, patè and jellies based on meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.

A 12g bag is suitable for preparing 500g of gelatin.

Ingredients: gelatin 100%

How To Use: soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 min, squeeze it and melt it over low heat without boiling it. Leave to cool.
COLD USE: add it to the ingredients, mixing well.
HOT: cover the dishes with the still liquid gelatin.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before unmolding. Cannot be used with fresh kiwifruit and pineapple

Storage: keep in a cold and dry place.
