A 12g bag is suitable for preparing 500g of gelatin.

Ingredients: gelatin 100%
How To Use: soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 min, squeeze it and melt it over low heat without boiling it. Leave to cool.
COLD USE: add it to the ingredients, mixing well.
HOT: cover the dishes with the still liquid gelatin.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before unmolding. Cannot be used with fresh kiwifruit and pineapple
