Long pasta gluten free. Boil a large pot full of water: allow not less than 4 liters of water for 250g of pasta. When it starts to boil, add approx. 5g of kitchen salt for each liter of water and put the pasta in, upping the heat to compensate for the temperature. Stir gently and cook for the time indicated on the package or until desired degree of tenderness is reach. After cooking strain quickly and serve still hot.
