Mangalitza (or Mangalica) pigs are an indigenous pig breed from the Danube area and guarantee excellent meat quality. They are raised in spacious enclosures and their nutrition consists of hazelnuts, truffles and acorns. The farm constantly offers top quality fresh meat.

To Defrost: leave it in the fridge overnight. This will keep the meat at a temperature that prevents harmful bacteria from gaining a foothold, and it won't take away from the taste and texture of the meat at all.
