The Soppressata Piccante is a deliciously consumed sausage. It is made using delicate meat, of noble cuts of pork, minced and mixed with salt, peppercorns and spicy red pepper.

The Soppressata is a typical product well known and appreciated throughout the boot.

Its processing starts from the selection of the meat to be minced, usually the best cuts are used and then it is processed with salt and red pepper which must be strictly spicy.

After being brewed, the spicy soppressata must dry in the dark for 3 to 13 weeks, depending on the size.

Country of Origin: Italy

Ingredients: pork, salt, peppercorns, spicy red peppers.

Storage: keep the sopressata cool in the refrigerator until ready to eat or take to a party, picnic, etc. Once opened and cut, wrap any leftover in a dry tea towel or wrap it and store in the refrigerator.
