Store in the refrigerator. Once opened store fresh baby spinach in a clean container wrapped with paper towels. Place it in the fridge in the crisp drawer. Paper towels absorb the moisture, and keep your baby spinach fresh. Don't place it anywhere near ethylene-producing fruit, such as bananas or apples, or it will decay prematurely. Use as soon as possible to enjoy their freshness.

They provide potassium to balance fluid levels within the body, vitamin C to strengthen the immune system, vitamin E to reduce inflammation, and other nutrients, including zinc, calcium, vitamin A, magnesium, and iron.
