Storage

Store the mozzarella in the coldest part of the freezer. When you're ready to use the cheese, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. Do not thaw it at room temperature, as this can cause it to spoil. Once thawed, use the mozzarella as soon as possible for the best flavor and texture.
