Can I place an order without registering?
Yes! There is no need of any registration. By shopping with us you can choose if you’d like to hold an account or just shop as a guest. Registration is completely free and there is no obligation to shop after you have registered.

Coupon and Gift cards

How to I use my coupon/voucher/gift card?
To redeem your coupon, you only need to type the code you received via email at the checkout and the discount will be automatically applied on your groceries.

How do I choose the delivery date?
At the checkout you will find our calendar, please select the date that suits your needs better. You can also find a space for notes in case you have any for us.

What shall I do if I forget my log in password?
Don’t worry! Just follow the instruction on the website and re-set your password.

Products

From where you source your products?
Our products come from all around the word, we work with small producers which still works their products in an artisanal way.

Are your products zero waste?
We are trying to go 100% plastic free in 2022. Some items like vacuum bags are still made with plastic as it is the safest and proper way to store frozen products. We repack all the produce we receive in plastic with some recycled paper bag. Additionally we bring to recycled all the polyfoam boxes material we receive from our suppliers. 

Memberships

Do the Memberships have an expire date?
No, they don’t! After the purchase you can enjoy the Store Credit in the time frame that you think is most appropriate for your needs. 

How do I check my store credits?
When logging in, you will also be able to check your Store Credit Balance. On the right side of the page open the window called “Store Credit”.

What are the benefits of the memberships?
We give you a +15% on your money value by purchasing HK$5000, you will receive 5700 Store Credits; (HK$1 = 1 Store Credit). Gold Members can enjoy our free delivery services without having any minimum order quantity to follow. You will be able to enjoy the delivery services also on small orders without any additional fees charged. To use your Membership, remember to log into your account and you will be able to use your credit at the checkout.

Deliveries

How do delivery services works?
If you order before 5pm you can get your groceries on the following day. For all orders placed after pm you will receive the delivery the next-next day. This service is available every day of the year including Sundays and Public Holidays.

How much is the MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is HK$650 after discount.

Are there any fees applied if I do not reach the minimum order quantity?
Yes, our fees for orders below HK$650 change depending on which zone you live in. HK$100 (Hong Kong Island); HK$200 (Kowloon and New Territories). Our CNY delivery surcharge is of HK$80 on all deliveries, for all clients. 
Applicable to single delivery address only. Please note that extra HK$100 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement such us address changes.

How does the pick up option works?
For order placed before 12pm you can come and pick up on the same day, we will contact you in the morning to see what time will suits you better. For order made after 12pm you can collect your order the day after, in the morning we will contact you. Our pick up times are from 9am to 4pm. Sundays and Public Holidays we only offer next day pick up options.

Issues

Your address seem to not be approved at the checkout?
Unless your delivery address in not included in our delivery areas, please double check the information you provided. In “address” please provide the name of your street and number. In “Apartment, suits, etc.” please provide the name of your building, flat number and other info that we need to reach your unit.

The Payment seems not to go through.
Please check that all you information are input correctly, including cc details, delivery details, date of delivery. If the problem persist please contact our assistance.

Our Boxes

How to I give you back the box?
You can leave the box outside your door on the day of your expected delivery and our drivers will pick them up to bring them to recycle.

Are your boxes eco-friendly?
Yes, our boxes are only made with recycled paper and aluminum, to better insulate the products and keep them fresh during delivery. Usually, delivery boxes are made with paper outside, aluminum and a layer of polyform in the middle. Our do not contain any polyfoam materials because it is very difficult to recycle. Also the seller tape that we use is made from paper to avoid the use on the polypropylene.
