Delivery window
Standard delivery is scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. We’re unable to provide a specific delivery time.
Sunday and public holiday orders
The current delivery schedule lists orders placed on Sundays and public holidays for next-day delivery between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Delivery areas
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery is not available to the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island and Lamma Island, or to locations our vehicles cannot reach directly.
Delivery service is suspended when a No. 8 or higher typhoon signal or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. If this happens, we’ll contact you to reschedule your delivery.
