The Grocery Club currently offers delivery across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery coverage depends on whether our vehicles can reach the delivery location directly.
Areas not currently served
We do not provide delivery to the Outlying Islands. This includes Cheung Chau, Lantau Island and Lamma Island. Delivery is also unavailable in locations that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
Big Wave Bay Village, Shek O
Our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village in Shek O without permission letters. If you’re placing an order for this area, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss a mutually agreed pickup or delivery point.
Walk-up buildings
For walk-up buildings, the delivery fee includes delivery up to the third floor, counting from the ground floor. If delivery is required above the third floor, an additional HK$40 per floor applies. This additional fee can be paid directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
