The whole grapes are subjected to soft pressing and macerated for 6 hours. The must thus obtained is left to ferment in stainless steel for 22 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C. The wine remains on the yeasts for at least 12 months with continuous and programmed bâtonnage. Bottle refinement lasts 4 months. Brilliant straw yellow to the eye, it presents itself to the nose with an intense and clean aroma, notes of chamomile and wild flowers with a strong hint of toasted almond and flint. In the mouth the gustatory impact is soft and enveloping, with gentle minerality, savory and fresh.
Friulano pairs perfectly with San Daniele ham and fresh Montasio cheese. It usually accompanies first courses and fish cuisine.
