Light colored honey, liquid consistency, very light and delicate taste and smell. The taste is very sweet with a slight acidity. The aroma is delicate, typically vanilla. It goes well with yogurt, blue cheeses, mascarpone; meat and fish in sauce. Excellent for breakfast and as a sweetener.
