Our Palm Jaggery Treacle is traditionally known as 'Kitul Treacle'. It is an organic product from a select handful of highly skilled farmer families residing on the fringes of the pristine and biodiverse Rathnapura forests. The traditional techniques used in the extraction give it a close-to-nature clean earthy taste, with a slightly smoky flavor.
Our objective was to create nut-free honey and/or maple alternative with a lower GI, both for the vegans and the conscious living audience, for your daily sweetness.
