What is Carnaroli rice?
Carnaroli is an Italian medium-grained rice, used to make risotto, higher in starch content and has firmer texture tha other variety, as well as longer grain.

The extra quality Carnaroli rice produced by High Quality Food was born in one of the most beautiful nature reserves which extends for more than 500 hectares in the Ticino park.
