The Tomahawk steak is named for its resemblance to a tomahawk (the battle ax of the Native Americans). Approx. 30 cm long. Defined as the "carnivore's delight" because of its special taste, it is one of the tastiest and most succulent steaks that can be tasted, it can only be tasted in the best steak houses in the world. The meat is very aromatic and tasty and has a clear "core" of fat. The thin fibers and the strong marbling make it tender and juicy, ideal for cooking on the grill.
