The animals are raised outdoors in grassy paths and wetlands in Veneto, north of Italy. They enjoy total freedom in movement and they have free access to feeders and drinking troughs.
Fed with a cereal-based diet supplemented with herbs and earth nutrients. The minimum age to produce meat is after 180 days of animal life.
