Our selection of fresh seafood come from Hollanders waters, from fishing company specialized in low impact fishing, fisheries that are committed to maintaining strong standards of conservations, fishing only in deep waters which are well-known to be the most unpolluted. Fish are wild-caught using fish baits that only comes from sustainable fisheries and each hook is baited by hand. Short and controlled supply chain certifies MSC, to reserve the organoleptic properties and the quality of the fish. Optimal seals are provided to preserve flavors, color, texture and nutritional value of the fish, ensuring top condition for filleting.
