It is important to ensure the welfare of the animals. Each animal has free access to drinking water, feed and manages itself independently. In this way, each calf can maintain its own biorhythm. The well-being of the animals, the tranquility and the freedom that the calves enjoy are expressed in the quality and flavor of the Veal selected by HQF. Tongue, when well prepared, is a delicious and moist meat. It' a muscle covered by a thick skin that is easily removable after blancing. Cook it slowly with vegetables until it's soft, or braise it.
