Animals reared outdoors in grassy paths and wetlands, which enjoy total freedom of movement and with free access to feeders and drinking troughs. This is followed by a cereal-based diet supplemented by herbs and insects and the minimum age for slaughter is 180 days. They are not closed in cages and are bred in the Veneto area.
