Ingredients: “00” wheat flour, fresh butter, fresh egg yolks, water, sugar, sourdough starter (gluten), milk, sea salt , Bourbon Islands vanilla pods, egg white, sugar.
Filling: candied orange peel cubes 15% (orange peels, white sugar, glucose syrup, fructose), Australian sultanas 10% (grapes, vegetable oil).
Icing: almonds and granulated sugar

Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources. Once opened it is recommended to consume it within a week, store in a tightly closed bag.

Allergens: May contain traces of nuts and soya. Contains gluten, milk and eggs.
