Pasta zero has a very special story. It was born from the encounter between the Bossolasco farm and the starred chef Francesco Oberto.

An artisanal bronze-drawn pasta with a circle shape that recalls pacchero cut into very thin slices. A pasta with a simple soul, ideal to be proposed with a wild boar sauce to highlight the flavor of the raw materials or with a classic variant with tomato and fresh basil.
