It was born from the meeting between the Bossolasco farm and the starred chef Francesco Oberto. A bronze-drawn artisan pasta with a circle shape that evokes a pacchero cut into very thin slices. A pasta with a simple soul, ideal to be served with a wild boar sauce to enhance the flavor of the raw materials or with a classic variant with tomato and fresh basil.
